HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

If you receive your order and aren't head over heels for it, you do have the opportunity to return the items you purchased.

Items can be returned if:
    • Items that are unworn and unwashed.  
    • Items must be received within 14 days of shipment date. 
    • Damaged items MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the goods.
If your items meet these requirements, you will receive your choice of a full refund or store credit less the cost of shipping (if applicable).  Please indicate which you would like on your return slip.

You must include a copy of the invoice/packing slip sent to you at the time of delivery along with a note on why the merchandise is being returned.

LOST, STOLEN AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Dots and Dash is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and recommend you send it back using an insured courier.   We highly recommend you make sure you are provided with a tracking number or delivery confirmation and keep this for your records and possible for our reference.
Items received after the return deadline will be returned to sender.

HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at 713-614-2874 immediately after making your purchase. We are open Monday-Thursday from 9:00 AM-5:00 Central Time. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
